We believe marketing is key to successful rentals. We use AppFolio to syndicate your properties to over 20 websites, as well as take professional quality photos that showcase your property. We do ongoing market analysis for each property we manage to maximize your return on investment and ensure listings are up to date and relevant.
Extensive Resident Application + Screening Process
Before we approve a prospective resident or commercial tenant to move into your property, we conduct extensive background screenings including credit, employment, rental, and criminal histories. We contact references and analyze income to rent and income to debt ratios. We do what we can to ensure qualified residents and tenants are being placed into their new space (your properties).
Monthly Reporting + Accounting
No more worrying about collecting rents because we take care of everything. By providing residents and commercial tenants multiple options on how/where to pay rent we ensure payments are onetime, every time. Distributions are deposited directly into the owners' account and customizable monthly financial statements are always accessible through the owner portal.
